I took my dodge 2500 Cummings to get AC fixed. I told them to call me when they found out what the problem was and give me a quote on how much. Two days go bye with no call and so I called them. They said we got it fixed it would be $2400: They put new compressor new condenser. I payed them drove it out and it worked fine for two days. After two days it was not working again. I took the truck back and they said I had a bad ac line. It would be 900 to fix it. I decided at that point I was not dealing with honest people. I would highly recommend that you do not go there for work on your truck.

I took my diesel 350 truck for an oil leak. They told me they replaced it and all they did was added glue around where the leak was and when I got it back it was still leaking. They charged me $1,700 for that and a light they supposedly fixed. Do not trust this place, they do bad work!

These guys have worked on my truck a couple times now.. They have great service and good rates! They brought me to the back to see exactly what my truck was doing on the scanner after a couple repairs and more things starting popping up! (All my truck issues nothing to do with what they fixed.) If your getting screwed over by a dealership bring your truck here. They saved me a almost a $1000 on what the dealership was gonna charge!

I have had 2 servers on 2 different trucks , I can definitely say, I feel taken advantage of. After speaking to the owner about my issues he offered to make things right it not worth my silence. Just so everyone one the page Mr diesel charged me $2000 to change out a hydro booster took serval days for 3 hours worth of work and $300 part Next Truck I brought them was just a water pump actually functioning $1500 for the repair my luck few weeks later the pump field during transit causing me to toe the truck back to Mr diesel When I came to pick up my truck, I was told that I had to pay for the labor $300 When I asked where they buy the parts from no one would answer. The service is really disgusting I wouldnβt recommend my mother to have them do any repairs so the fact is no one should ever use these I will be reporting them to the BBB next

My driver took our truck here 7-11-22 & it was a nightmare. They kept the truck for a week but told the driver it would be ready the next day EVERY TIME until I started calling. Driver DROVE the vehicle to them leaking transmission fluid (broken seal) they fixed that by Wednesday morning, then they spent 3 days trying to get the truck to go into gear after repairing it. It wouldβve been much cheaper if they were honest from the jump & not trying to trail & error to fix the truck. Didnβt even perform the diagnosis test (managers response was jiffy lube doesnβt perform them for every vehicle). Finally they called & said they couldnβt figure it out the following Monday. Paid $800 for a tow to a Ryder shop to find out they didnβt even put the parts back on the transmission or fill it with transmission fluid. Another $900 just for them to tell me it was not shifting due to little to no fluids. My original estimate with Mr. diesel was $1,000 but charged me $1,900 due to their negligence & not knowing the transmission fluid needed to be filled. The manager was very sarcastic & didnβt seemed phased at all about the situation, Just said he shouldβve charged more for the hours his worker to
